Legal advisor, co-founder of the BKM Law Firm. Managing Partner. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. In 2007, he passed the legal advisor examination and was entered on the list of legal advisors at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice. He completed Postgraduate Studies in Real Estate Valuation and Management at the University of Silesia. Elected to the Supervisory Boards of State Treasury Companies, he specializes in broadly defined business and commercial law. He has extensive experience in providing legal services to commercial companies, including sole shareholder companies of the State Treasury, in which ownership rights were exercised by the Minister of National Defense. He provides ongoing client service on a variety of matters related to the operation of commercial agreements and advises on a number of real estate transactions. His areas of expertise also include civil and commercial law litigation. He holds a security clearance for access to classified information marked as confidential or proprietary. He is fluent in English.
