In the area of real estate transactions, we offer legal support in the process of acquiring and disposing of property, both for personal housing needs and for investment purposes. We prepare draft agreements, conduct analyses, and propose amendments to agreements submitted to the Law Firm, such as development agreements, lease agreements, participate in negotiations, and cooperate with notaries.

We assist clients in securing their legal interests and ensuring transaction safety, for example, by negotiating appropriate terms at the stage of the preliminary sale agreement. We also conduct transactions for companies, developers, funds, tenants (including large-surface users), and lessees, covering areas such as land acquisition, leasing (including office space), establishing separate ownership of premises, and development agreements.

We successfully assist clients in the implementation of investments such as infrastructure projects, production plants, shopping centers, logistics centers, residential properties, and various types of commercial real estate. Any action is preceded by a proper due diligence analysis, which makes it possible to effectively assess the risks associated with carrying out the investment.

We also support our clients in matters of cooperative law and ownership of premises, which are inextricably linked to the Polish residential real estate market. We have extensive experience in providing legal services to housing cooperatives, homeowners' associations, and property managers. We advise on issues such as the competences of the management board, assembly resolutions, internal legal acts, tenants' rights, etc. We also support clients needing advice in the area of local property ownership law, including matters of lease and rental, and the transformation of cooperative rights to premises into ownership rights.
