In the area of Family Law, this includes, among others, matters concerning divorce, separation, alimony (maintenance payments), division of marital property, marital property agreements, establishing contact with a child, guardianship, and trusteeship.

In the area of Labour and Social Security Law, this includes, among others, matters concerning employment contracts, remuneration for work, establishment and termination of the employment relationship, labour disputes and compensation, disability or retirement benefits, mobbing (workplace bullying), appeals against decisions of social insurance authorities, and establishing the right to retirement pensions, disability pensions, and other benefits.

In the area of Inheritance Law (Law of Succession), this includes, among others, matters concerning confirmation of acquisition of inheritance, acceptance and rejection of inheritance, wills, statutory inheritance, forced share, and securing the estate.

In the area of Civil Law concerning Receivables (Debt Collection), legal assistance includes representing both the creditor and the debtor in enforcement-staying actions, negotiating debt repayment, representing the client in enforcement proceedings before bailiffs, filing complaints against bailiffs' actions, preparing applications for the initiation of enforcement, and representing the creditor's interests in cases of debtor insolvency.

In the area of Civil Law concerning Real Estate and Local Matters, this includes, among others, issues related to land and mortgage register proceedings, adverse possession (usucaption), termination of co-ownership, establishment of necessary easements and utility line easements, evictions, rental of premises, tenants' rights, cooperative rights to premises, exercise of ownership rights, infringement of possession, and mortgages.

In the area of Civil Law Contracts, we advise, among others, on the preparation of draft agreements, analysis of contracts for potential risks to the client, and the protection of their interests.

We also represent Clients before courts and administrative authorities. We prepare pleadings in the course of court and administrative proceedings, as well as draft agreements and legal opinions. We inform Clients about the legal consequences of decisions made, and advise on optimal legal solutions for specific problems.
