Managing Partner - Legal Counsel

Legal advisor, co-founder of the BKM law firm. Partner, Managing Partner. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice, she completed her legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice. In 2005, after passing the legal advisor exam, she obtained her professional qualifications and was entered on the list of legal advisors. She specializes in civil law, contract law, labor law, real estate law, and geological and mining law, with a particular emphasis on mining damage. She has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services to businesses, including those in the hard coal mining sector. She conducts litigation in civil, commercial, and labor law matters, and represents clients in administrative proceedings before administrative authorities and courts. She also has experience providing legal services to state-owned companies. Her professional interests focus on real estate law, advising foundations, educational institutions, and housing associations. She provides legal services to businesses in all aspects of commercial and business law, labor law, and public procurement law. As part of his pro bono work, he provides ongoing support, with his knowledge and experience, to an educational institution – a private special primary school with public school privileges, and a foundation with public benefit organization (OPP) status, where he serves as a board member. He holds a security clearance for access to classified information marked as confidential or proprietary. He is fluent in English.
