Attorney. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice, he completed a three-month internship at a leading international law firm in London as part of the EU Leonardo da Vinci program. He completed his legal training at the District Bar Council in Katowice with distinction and qualified as an attorney in 2009. He gained professional experience at one of the leading law firms in Poland and in collaboration with firms in Silesia. He specializes in civil procedural law, appearing in numerous civil and commercial cases before courts across the country, including the Supreme Court. He also has experience in providing ongoing legal services to businesses, supporting clients in negotiating and concluding commercial agreements, assessing and minimizing risk in infrastructure investments, and securing and collecting debts. He also appears in family and criminal cases, including as a defense attorney or collaborating with a prosecutor in commercial criminal cases. He is fluent in English.
