Attorney. Co-founder of the BKM Law Firm. Managing Partner. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. He completed his legal training at the District Bar Council in Katowice and qualified as an attorney in 2005. He gained professional experience by practicing law at leading law firms. He specializes in civil law, corporate law, business and commercial law, as well as criminal and family law. He advises management boards and supervisory boards. He has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services to businesses, including those in the mining and metallurgy, construction, transportation and rail, defense, and medical sectors. He serves on the supervisory boards of commercial companies and foundations. He litigates civil and commercial matters, and acts as a defense attorney in criminal and commercial criminal cases. He has extensive experience in the restructuring of commercial companies and many years of experience in providing legal services to commercial companies, including sole shareholder state-owned companies, where ownership rights were exercised by the Minister of National Defense. He also provides legal assistance to educational institutions and foundations. He holds a security clearance for access to classified information marked as confidential or proprietary. He is fluent in English.
