Attorney. Doctor of Laws. His doctoral dissertation concerned the structure and legal nature of external audit contracts. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. He completed his legal training at the District Bar Council in Katowice. He lectured at the Silesian University of Technology in Katowice, in the Department of Industrial Computer Science, on subjects such as "Elements of Commercial Law," "Intellectual Property Protection," and "Personal Data Protection." He also lectured at postgraduate programs: Forensic Science (White Collar Crime) at the University of Banking and Finance in Katowice and Personal Data Protection Inspector (Pursuing Claims for Infringement of Personal Rights, Including Personal Data) at the Naval Academy in Gdynia. Since 2007, he has been a member of the Katowice Bar Association. His practice areas include primarily commercial, civil, and criminal law.
